Meet Andrea

 

A consulting psychologist, Dr. Andrea Molberg has worked with Fortune 500 companies, health care organizations, non-profits, start-ups, governmental agencies, and educational institutions for over 35 years.  She helps individuals, teams, and organizations be more effective.

Andrea is a senior member of the faculty of the College of Executive Coaching.  She has also taught business professionals at the Center for Business Excellence at the University of St. Thomas, MBA students at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business & Management, HR professionals at UC Irvine, and executives at the Executive Education Center at UC Riverside and the University of Minnesota. 

 

A national trainer and speaker, Dr. Molberg designs and leads numerous train-the-trainer, leadership, and employee development programs.  Her book Making Live Training Lively: 50 Tips for Engaging Your Audience provides proven techniques for making learning more exciting, memorable, and fun.  St. Thomas students named her Teacher of the

Year in Social Sciences.  

She holds a PhD in industrial/organizational and counseling psychology from the University of Minnesota.  A former Midwesterner, Andrea is now headquartered in Tucson.

Dr. Molberg is both an organizational and counseling psychologist who serves as a consultant and coach on leadership, team, communication, conflict and performance issues.

 

Andrea has been a senior faculty member of the College of Executive Coaching since 2000. From 1974 to 2009 she was an extremely popular, respected part of the University of St. Thomas Center for Business Excellence faculty.
