Dr.
Molberg serves as a coach and consultant helping individuals,
teams and organizations improve their results and relationships.
A thinking partner and facilitator, she enables people to

She also designs and conducts seminars to develop knowledge
and skills in leadership, emotional intelligence, group process,
communication, conflict resolution, stress and change management.
Training sessions (including their title and focus) vary greatly
depending on needs, objectives, time frame and participants'
current skill level.
For
example,
to help an organization improve its meetings, Dr. Molberg may
function in one or all of these roles:
- As a consultant, she observes and facilitates
actual meetings in progress and advises global, virtual teams
to help them reach consensus and understanding.
- As a trainer, she conducts the seminar "Effective
Meetings" to teach meeting skills, what makes meetings successful,
types of meetings, how to prepare for effective meetings,
and how to evaluate a meeting's success.
- As a coach, she counsels leaders, managers
and employees, one-on-one, about how to handle difficult situations
and then helps them practice approaches for improving their
meetings and interactions.
